One family at a time

“One family at a time” is the motto of Friends of Sparsh. FOS was pleased to assist Quientin Skipwith with furniture, a Mattress and other household items to help start his new life. When individuals move from transitional homes to permanent housing, they often do so with nothing. Providing these simple, essential necessities helps them regain confidence and peace of mind, facilitating their reintegration into the community.

Friends of Sparsh coordinates these basic requirements, such as mattresses, furniture, pots, and pans, supporting individuals as they embark on their new lives. Case managers provide us with a list, and we seek donations from our community of friends and families to fulfill these needs. To address any remaining gaps, Friends of Sparsh provides items up to a certain value.
