This message is for who all helped me to raise fund and update that how he had changed in one year through pictures.Thanks everyone who contributed 🙏❤️.
A year ago I had posted about a young boy, Ayush Kumar, whom I had met during my trip to Jyotirlinga in Deoghar. After meeting him and knowing about his condition, Friends of Sparsh decided to take care of him for the rest of his life. When I came back to the US, I raised some funds for his upkeep. However, the response from the broader community was tepid. Many were skeptical that the money might not be used to care for the child, and believe that it would primarily benefit his parents. I believe in Karma, and doing what we can to help. The rest is beyond our control. Recently, the boy’s dad sent me his new photo on Raksha Bandhan, and it brought tears to my eyes. I believe that providing some help can change someone’s life for the better, and I have committed Rs.20K in support, every three months.
