Cecil B. Day Award for Community Service

Cecil B. Day Award for Community Service

Recently, I received the Cecil B. Day Award for Community Service, which is given in the name of the founder of Days Inn Hotel, owned by the Wyndham Group – the world’s largest hotel franchisor by property. The award was given to me in Orlando by AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owner Association), which has around 20,000 members. As I’ve said in the past, we all cherish recognition of our work in the form of awards and acknowledgments! However, I cannot solely take credit for all the incredible things that we were able to accomplish as a “family of Friends of Sparsh “over the years for the homeless and others in society.

We, at Friends of Sparsh, would like to share the accolades and extend our gratitude to all those who have contributed to these gratifying efforts. We could not have done this without the dedicated efforts of all those who volunteered their time and resources and worked hard with us. We are one big family together in this journey, and it makes us feel appreciated. #HelpingHomeless It has been an incredible 15-year journey to walk for a cause. 🙏 Friends of Sparsh 🌟
